Cage Set To Drop His Official Solo LP

Cage is set to make his official solo debut this summer (he released an album called “For Your Box” by himself a few years ago). “Movies For The Blind” will come out on his fellow Smut Peddlers’ label, Eastern Conference Records. The album will be released in August (the exact date to be announced soon).

Cage made his mark on the underground scene in 1997 when he dropped the classic “Agent Orange” 12” on Fondle’Em Records. Very surprisingly, the track will appear on his new album. Another previously released track will be there too, it is one of the most fucked up songs I’ve ever heard. That song is “Suicidal Failure,” disturbing shit for real. Cage has got an incredible line up of beatsmiths lacing him for this album. Mighty Mi, RJD2, El-P, Camu Tao, J-Zone, Necro, Rush and Ghetto Pros. Be sure to check for my second installment of “Critical Minded” in a week or so, I have got some more things to say about Necro’s production. Here is the tracklisting for the album.
