“When you surround yourself with Blessed Greatness, your Greatness will forever be Blessed!!! Blessings and love to @venuswilliams,” Bus wrote to Instagram on Sunday (June 11).

Williams mocked the weight of the burly Cuban link and used it as an Olympic plate for a couple of reps of tricep curls while Dua Lipa and DaBaby’s “Levitating” remix boomed through the venue’s speakers.

Venus grinned from ear-to-ear as she laughed at the exchange and embraced Busta with a warm hug where she let her appreciation for the New York rap legend. “I love you, man,” she said.

Many of Busta Rhymes’ fans loved to see the pair enjoying themselves in a heartwarming moment. “I love celebrities that are happy and just being themselves,” one wrote.

Venus Williams isn’t retired from singles tennis like her sister, Serena, but she didn’t participate in this year’s French Open as she continues to nurse a lingering hamstring injury.

Busta Rhymes’ chain game impresses even the rap veterans that have seen it all. Busta caught up with Jim Jones backstage at Lover & Friends in Las Vegas last month where he saluted Bus as he couldn’t believe the size of the shiny jewelry.

“That [chain] is fucking retarded,” the Dipset rapper joked. “That shit look bigger in the daytime ya heard? That shit look like it’s growing.”

On the music side, Busta Rhymes is prepping a brand new album, which will feature production heavyweights like Pharrell, Timbaland and Swizz Beatz.

On the heels of May’s revelation, Swizz Beatz decided to hop on Instagram Live and give the Brooklyn rap veteran his flowers for his unique musical style, electric stage presence and long and decorated career in Hip Hop.
