Busta Rhymes Face Plants During A Stage Dive, Says He Was Unharmed

In the now all too obvious name that “Busta head” has become, it looks like Busta Rhymes may want to refrain from stage diving from now on.

TMZ acquired footage and photos of Busta dancing to O.T. Genasis’ “CoCo” song at a recent show he had at Webster Hall in New York. When he got a little too turnt he dove off the stage face planting and cutting open his forehead. He would subsequently leave the hall and go backstage to clean up.

The “Break Ya Neck” rapper later took to Twitter to let fans know he was doing better than ok after the fall, saying he was “super good.”

“[When] UR PASSIONATE ABOUT WINNING U GO HARD!!! WE DONE FELL OFF STAGES AND BROKE LIMBS WHILE PERFORMING AND KEPT GONG!!!”

Busta Rhymes was featured on the remix of Genasis’ song “Touchdown” and is friends with the rapper as well.

    1. Maybe that fall will knock some sense into you and you drop that OT Genasis clown. You used to be a hiphop icon, but now you’re contributing to its destruction!

    2. Witnesses close to the incident reported a samaratin fan helped the fallen rap icon up, and aksed him if he bumped his head. He was believed to have answered yes, at which point the fan aksed “So that means you’re going to switch it on them?” to which he is said to have replied “Yeah. Flipmode. Flipmode is the greatest”.

    3. I had hopes for the ELE2 project. I think Busta was really going to take it back to some real hiphop. Dude had 2 nice singles (Thank You & Calm Down). But after this long delay, I’m thinking the label won’t let it drop because it’s too traditional. What we will probably get is another watered-down album, or it will be completely shelved.

    4. More like he was all f’d up and fell or something off the stage. Drugs are not as easy to handle once you get older
