Trump has yet to respond.
Over the summer, Boosie Badazz was re-indicted in his federal gun case – less than two weeks after it had been dismissed.
The case stems from June 2023 when he was arrested in San Diego while exiting a courtroom after just having a separate gun case dismissed by the court.
It was later revealed that he was being held on multiple gun charges, including “felony possession of a firearm and transporting firearms across highways.” According to federal court documents, the “Wipe Me Down” rapper earned himself an indictment thanks to some ill-advised Instagram Live posts.

He was eventually bonded out and the charges later dismissed, but they were re-instated in July along with an additional charge of knowingly possessing a firearm while dealing with abuse of a controlled substance.
The new indictment shows that prosecutors are doubling down on the allegations against Boosie and seek to seize “all firearms and ammunition involved in the commission of the offenses.”
He faces the potential of up to ten years in prison if convicted.
