Boosie Badazz has shared his belief that Kanye West might actually think he’s Jesus Christ reincarnated, and even listed off some theories to back it up.

Boosie made the comments during an appearance on the Get Yo Ass Up podcast and said from Kanye’s “Jesus sandals” and shredded clothes to his ‘Yeezus’ moniker, the controversial Chicago rapper definitely believes himself to be the Son of God.

“I think Kanye thought he was Jesus, he named his name Yeezus, his clothes looked like Jesus when he got stabbed on ’em, his slippers look like Jesus sandals, I think he thought he was Jesus,” Boosie said. “I think he thought he was Jesus. He was talking about how he felt the ‘Jews was,’ he’s deliberately dogging Blacks.'”

He continued: “When you see him his hair is growing on his face looking like this like damn Jesus. Scrapes on his clothes, look at his slippers… It might be true, I might be wrong! But it sure look like it to me.”

Ye has proclaimed himself to be similar to Jesus over the years, even going so far as to compare himself to the Son of God while a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! In 2013. During the conversation, Ye became animated while talking about his initial attempt to break into the fashion world as a rapper, and said his comparison to some of the world’s biggest creatives were because he viewed them as his idols.

“Taste, culture, art, just the quality of life, this is what I’m here to do,” Kanye said. “So while I compare myself to Steve Jobs or Walt Disney, Howard Hughes, David Stern, Michaelangelo, Divinci, Jesus, I’m saying these are my heroes. These are people that I look up to. This is the type of impact I wanna make on the Earth. If I can make this type of impact up to this point. What can I do if you call Bob Iger and say ‘give him a shot?’ If you call Oprah and say, ‘Yo, back this kid.'”

This isn’t the first time Boosie has spoken about Kanye West. The Baton Rouge rapper fired off some shots at the Yeezy mogul back in October after the latter doubled down on some of his recent antisemitic comments during a contentious chat with N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN. The since-deleted interview also saw Ye suggest that George Floyd was killed by fentanyl, not ex-Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin kneeling on his neck for almost nine minutes.

Tryin to shit on GF N FUCK UP HIS GLORY SMH #really I THINK U ON FENTANYL,” Boosie wrote on Twitter at the time.
