Boosie Badazz‘s openly gay tour manager wanted a gift that represented the LGBTQ community for Christmas – and the rapper got the job done with a bracelet filled with rainbow diamonds.
In a post to Instagram, Jay Cooper showed off the gift and wrote: “Boosie asked what I wanted for Christmas, and I said something to represent the LGBTQ community… This is what I got. #ChristmasWithPride #Diamondsare4Ever #LGBTQLove”

Boosie previously used Jay as proof he’s not homophobic following some controversial statements about gay people, saying in an Instagram video: “This is my tour manager, he takes care of a lot of business, that’s Jay Cooper. He go get the money right there. People don’t understand, Jay, that I have nothing against gay people or nothing like that. You’re gay. You make half my money!
“I’m just misunderstood sometimes. Sometimes I just say it the wrong way. [Gay people] be misunderstood. I got family members [that are] gay, like, gay people have better hearts than us regular n-ggas.”

“He tells y’all he don’t want my girlfriend around but he don’t tell y’all that she be around. And when she around, he ain’t never gonna come at me and say, ‘Go take her home.’ He never once said that,” she said.

“I ain’t know there was a problem ’til he went on Caresha Please. We was just at your topless pool party and girls were eating each other out type shit! But I’m contamination?”
Poison Ivi was referencing recent comments made by Boosie Badazz on Yung Miami‘s Caresha Please show where he revealed that he prohibited his daughter from bringing her girlfriend to his home out of fear she would “contaminate” his other children.
“She still can’t bring her situation to our house […] because I don’t want it to contaminate her other six, seven sisters who look up to her,” he said.
“I want them to bring up these grandchildren the right way. If I want grandchildren the right way, that’s what I’ma stand on. If I don’t want my other lil’ girl to look at that and say, ‘What’s that, daddy?’ To somebody she looks up to? It’s not gonna come around my [house].”
