B.G. Talks Lil Wayne, New Album

The once close Hot Boys have been quarreling on and off since the separation of the group. Last year BG and Lil Wayne made up and performed together. In interviews, BGWayne’s I Miss My Dawgs dedicated to the Hot Boys. Things seemed to be on the up-and-up.

However, things took a turn for the worse recently as Wayne announced his displeasure with those who have left the Cash Money clique.

“I went through the roof,” B.G. told MTV. “He sent our relationship sideways. I had a lot of respect for shorty cause he done that ‘I Miss My Dawgs’ song. He performed it for me. To make a long story short, he was like, f— everybody who left Cash Money. I’m one of the ones who left Cash Money, so really you saying f— me. I left, Juvi left. When you say f— me, I’m gonna say f— you back.”

BG also explained that he had no ill feelings for Wayne before this recent spat.

“My problems ain’t with you,” B.G. said as if speaking to Weezie. “You ain’t the one that got my money — Baby got my money. You ain’t had no business even going there. Now I know where your heart is at.”

BG also expresses his opinions about Wayne in a new dis track titled The Triggerman.

Aside from this beef, B.G. also plans to release a new album, Heart of the City, Volume 2: I Am What I Am which is due out in March.
Another ex-Cash Money Millionaire, Mannie Fresh has gone behind the boards for his first single, Move Around. This has opened up some talk about a certain reunion for old friends.

Fresh, Juvenile and BG may come together for a Hot Boys reunion sans Wayne and Turk. No date or official word has been given, though.

For now, BG is still simply looking for a label to call home.

“I been talking to G-Unit, I been talking to Jive, I been talking to Sony,” he says. “A lot of people wanna talk, but talk is cheap. If the business is right, that’s where I’mma be at.”
