During a recent interview with Billboard, often-controversial rapper Azealia Banks didn’t mince words when it came to her lust for President Barack Obama.
“He’s so fine,” Banks said. “Those big-ass white teeth and ears hanging off his head? I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I want to f– the president.’”
However, taking to Twitter this past Friday (April 3), the Harlem, New York rapper says that her comments were not supposed to be featured in the interview and that she was only joking with her remarks.
“Omg I was totally just joking and being silly in billboard about the prez I wasn’t actually being forreal,” Banks said. “Here’s to hoping they put some of the really insightful things I said in and not just the jokes.
“Ok no the part about the prez was not supposed to be in there I really wish I could take it back omg I was only joking,” she later added.
