A3C Festival To Kick Off In Atlanta Tomorrow

The A3C Hip Hop Festival will be taking over parts of Atlanta this weekend (October 1-3) as they prepare for their 5th annual festival. The festival will include big-name performances by Rakim and Killer Mike as well as performances by local acts including Hollyweerd, Senor Kaos [click to watch], Spree Wilson, and more.

Consisting of over 30 events in a span of only two and a half days, the A3C Hip Hop Festival will consist of performances from over 150 artists from across the country.

“The A3C Festival in Atlanta is a great thing for Hip Hop in my opinion,”
Donny Goines [click to listen] explained to HipHopDX. “The fact that they are bringing out so many talented artists for a weekend of shows and events is very exciting to me…I feel as if we don’t have many festivals which represent our culture but A3C is one of the few that really understands the music and movement of it all.”

With an increasing presence each year, A3C has provided a substantial platform for up and coming artists.

“The A3C Festival [was what] I aimed to play in this year and was excited to play,”
Kosha Dillz [click to watch] told HipHopDX. “I have been received well in the southeast and with my solo debut Beverly Dillz coming out November 10, it’s perfect timing.”

“If you’re an up and coming Hip Hop artist, and you’re not at A3C, slap yourself with a brick,”
Atlanta rapper Senor Kaos told HipHopDX.

Aside from performances A3C will also include discussion panels, art shows, in-store appearances, and more.
