6ix9ine has said that he will not increase his security or switch gyms after he was viciously assaulted while working out there earlier this week.

On Tuesday (March 21), the Brooklyn rapper (real name Daniel Hernandez) was attacked by a group of men inside a sauna at an LA Fitness in South Florida and was badly beaten before managing to escape. His security was not with him at the time, and he was later hospitalized for his injuries.

Despite the attack, which was recorded by assailants, sources close to the rainbow-haired rapper have told TMZ that he has no interest in switching gyms or upping his security.

He reportedly said he’s not gonna let one outlier beatdown change the way he lives his life – despite the men allegedly threatening him and telling him to leave South Florida – and said he’s going to continue going out in public just as he previously had.

6ix9ine’s attorney Lance Lazzaro had previously told TMZ he plans to call the federal authorities to make sure 6ix9ine’s protection detail is increased, but one of the “FEFE” rapper’s bodyguards has already called out the assailants and challenged them to face him head on rather than sneak around to get to his client.

“First of all thanks for the free promo,” 6ix9ine’s bodyguard Bam-Bam captioned an Instagram blog post questioning his role. “I need it but second the whole city know how I move N if any of my guys put hands on somebody they ain’t gone move Let alone go fuck for bitches all vixens like @6ix9ine just did… last person disrespect ended up falling asleep in his own piss.”

He continued” “SO THISE GUYS IN THE VIDEO 3 n 4 counting camera guy .. 4 vs 1 y’all weak ass bitches against me .. you win I pay you 10,000$ n if you lose you die .. there will be no ref.. CLAIM IT GANGSTAS.”

6ix9ine has yet to speak publicly on the attack, but that hasn’t stopped his rap peers from clowning him.

“@6ix9ine damn gang we praying for yo puss ass n-gga hit [me] when u see this,” joked 6ix9ine’s Chicago rival Lil Reese on his Instagram Stories.

Chief Keef also seemed to revel in 6ix9ine’s beat-down, as he tweeted out two crying face emojis on Tuesday night.

However, Wack 100, who managed 6ix9ine at one point last year, showed more empathy for his former signee. “They did him like this for Snitching , then turned around and Snitched on themselves … Clout is the New Crack. @6ix9ine I wish you a speedy recovery,” he wrote.

Wack added in the post: “It’s unfortunate what happened to @6ix9ine. He’s a good guy. Life is full of lessons. This isnt about his so called street situation. This is about decision making on both sides.

“The ones who filmed & posted themselves will remember this day for many years to come. And 6ix9ine will now know he has to move accordingly. #STAYDANGEROUS & dont hesitate. Wish him a speedy recovery.”
