6ix9ine has claimed that both guns and drugs have been seized from his home in Florida after a raid by federal agents.
Speaking to TMZ, the controversial rapper claims that authorities swarmed his house on Wednesday (March 12) and kept him in handcuffs for six hours.

The Brooklyn native also says DNA swabs were taken from the weapons and drugs and that his house was left wrecked from the raid.
Despite the findings, 6ix9ine claims that he has not been involved in any further illegal activity.

The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office confirmed that probation officers, as well as narcotics detectives, conducted a raid on the rapper’s property with a search warrant.
The Sheriff’s office claims that the raid was part of a probation check. They added further analysis is required on the confiscated items, although they did not confirm whether that included guns and drugs.

6ix9ine was not arrested during the raid and was only handcuffed for officer safety reasons.
The “Gummo” hitmaker is currently on house arrest following his release from jail shortly before Christmas.

He was previously sentenced to 45 days behind bars for violating his probation several times.
The multiple violations included testing positive for meth, traveling to Las Vegas without permission and twice failing to comply with drug testing requests.
Judge Paul Engelmayer told the troubled rapper: “Your breach of the court’s trust is profound. Five violations say to me that you believe the rules don’t apply to you. Maybe you believe that because you’re a famous rapper.”
In turn, 6ix9ine pleaded for leniency, saying: “I make a lot of mistakes, but I’m not a bad person.”

Engelmayer also warned 6ix9ine that he could receive a harsher sentence if he ends up in his court again.
The 28-year-old initially defended his trip to Vegas through his lawyer, who claimed that he went to the city for a performance and that he believed he had notified the proper authorities. He ultimately pled guilty to the offense.

The probation relates to 6ix9ine’s 2019 sentencing after he pleaded guilty to racketeering, firearms offenses and drug trafficking. He was also sentenced to two years in prison, plus five years of supervised release.
