6ix9ine is bringing in quite the payday after signing a new deal with Kartel Music Group.

According to the contract obtained by TMZ on Tuesday (October 8), the Brooklyn-bred rapper will be paid $1 million to record a 10-song album with Mexican artists, then $250k per show when he takes the project on the road throughout Mexico, South America and the United States. In total, he is set to pocket around $6 million.

One small caveat, though – 6ix9ine can’t have any legal issues throughout the duration of the contract, nor initiate any online beefs. He also can’t be arrested.

Talking to TMZ, he said he’s not worried about staying out of trouble, and also clarified that the deal is less of a record deal and more of an “exclusive tour” arrangement, as well as management.

As for the owners at Kartel Music, they said: “We felt like we needed something like him and he might need something like us. We’re trying to make some noise.”

The deal comes just a few weeks after 6ix9ine’s ex-girlfriend Yailin La Más Viral filed a lawsuit against him, claiming he physically, sexually, mentally and financially abused her, and that he retaliated against her with revenge porn.

According to the suit, Yailin (real name Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz) lobbed numerous allegations, saying her ex manipulated and forced her into plastic surgery, stole thousands of dollars from her, exerted power over her and kept her in a drugged-up state throughout their relationship.

She also said that when she broke up with him last month (which she says was because of his alleged theft and fraud), he posted sexually explicit videos and photos of her on X in revenge.

Though she notes the posts have since been removed, she is seeking more than $1 million in damages for the emotional distress they caused and wants the court to block him from ever posting anything else about her.

In a statement to TMZ, 6ix9ine denied the allegations:  “All that jewelry is mine … that car she’s riding in I bought … the penthouse shoe [sic] got in the Dominican Republic I bought … I took care of her family, daughter — when I met her she had 2 month old baby — I put pampers and food on the table for them.”
