50 Cent Says “Street King Immortal” Will Be “Way More Personal” Than “Animal Ambition”

50 Cent, who is preparing for the June release of his upcoming album Animal Ambition, says this album will transition well into his next project, Street King Immortal.

“It’ll be seamless,” 50 Cent says in an interview with Complex. “It’s gonna ride right into it. Street King Immortal is more personal. It’s way more personal than this record. Of course this one is about a portion of my actual experience, but that one is…I talk about things that I haven’t talked about.”

Animal Ambition is a concept album of sorts, 50 Cent says, one he discussed after talking about his debut album, Get Rich Or Die Tryin’

“The first record is everything and then you start to write different pieces, moments and highlights of things that are important for you,” 50 Cent says. “This project, I had to search for a concept, a really good concept, in my perspective, and that was prosperity. I outlined all the things that would be a part of prosperity, positive and negative [for Animal Ambition].”

Animal Ambition marks 50 Cent’s first album release since his departure from Shady Records, Aftermath Entertainment and Interscope Records in February. Animal Ambition is set to feature Jadakiss, Prodigy and Styles P, among others.

    1. We already know what he’s going to talk about cause every one of his Street King singles have already flopped.

    2. i hate this monkey ass crab nigga but i cant help but click on every news story that i see his name in does that make me a geek?

    3. 50’s my dude, but actually when does the actual street king immortal actual album actually come out?

      1. Actually there’s not an actual release date yet. I might listen to the actual album when it comes out, I actually might download it. This dude actually says actually more than actually anyone I actually know. He doesn’t actually sound smart saying an actual actually every interview

    4. Stop making fun of my hero or else I will shame you by telling you that you click on all the articles I click on.

    5. HERE IS A TRIVIA FOR YALL…

WHAT RAPPER SAYS THE FOLLOWING WORDS A BILLION TIMES IN ANY INTERVIEW “ACTUAL”, “PROJECT”, “COMFORTABLE SPACE”

      A. NAS
      B. 50 CENT
      C. JAY Z
      D. KENDRICK LAMAR

      1. If you actually listen to the content of my album, im in a space where im financially secure and able to do things that are actually appealing to the general audience. The marketing dollars that are acutally spent allow me to generate an interest to put me in a space where I’m actually able to give the general public the best product possible. If you look at my career, I’ve consistently been in a space mentally to actually be what I want to be, which is an actual rapper and MC that’s in a financially stable space. Actually I’m in s space both mentally and physically to actually put out a good record. Everyone get me?

      2. @Curtis Jackson, u killed it man.lol. that is the best statement i have ever seen on DX. That was pure Curtis Jackson to a C. That dude done used actual and actually so much. we cant even say the word no more. he has used it all up
        LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

      1. hahahaha. Don’t get me wrong, I loved 50 before his interscope days and enjoyed his first 3 albums but his last interscope album was a fucking joke. he makes hella excuses no lol….#iminaspace hahaha

    7. 50 on a Big Krit beat, now that’s something I’ll love to hear…50 always sounds good on those smooth, laid back beats

      1. Rather what?

I would suck Nick Cannon and Lord Jamars big blacks dicks but would kill the gay white guys.

      1. Expand on what you think doing well actually means. The Red Album was delayed for years, then came out and flopped. Even if people are curious about what Street King sounds like, it’ll only do 50k tops. Animal Ambition has no shot at doing 100k either, so like it or not, Curtis’s comeback is a wash.

    8. When the actual album comes out, it’ll prove that I’m consistently in a space where I’m able to progress both mentally and physically. The marketing dollars spent on this album proves that the actual content of my albums allow me to consistently stay in the number 1 position. In the actual album, I’m in a space where I’m actually spacing both mentally and physically and in both space and time. I’m actually speaking from space. Everyone get me?

    9. This dude was done after GRODT. Got lucky with that vitamin water deal. Good for him, but he’s done musically. The only relevant rapper out now is Eminem, all other semi-sucessful rap is nothing but club/trap music.

      1. “The only relevant rapper out now is Eminem”

How does that even make sense?

I wish people would stop using the word relevant if they don’t understand what it means. How is Drake not relevant? Or Jay-Z or Kanye West Kendrick Schoolboy Q, etc,.

      2. schoolboyQ sucks. kanye is a ranting faggot and nobody takes him serious anymore. jay-z thinks hes better than everyone (his best song on his last album -beach is better- was only 55 sec long.) kendrick is overrated. none of these dudes matter anymore. maybe kendrick, but thats it.

      1. actually that was interscopes actual idea so now he can do the aggressive songs he actually wants to with prodigy and jadakiss

    10. So if (yes, IF, not “when”) 50 actually drops the album and it actually flops, who is he gonna blame? Interscope? The internet? The “general public”? The “financially secure and stable space” he’s in now? The “aggressive content” of his album? The “changing demographics” of the country?

      1. This nigga sound like he sat at a boardroom meeting with rich white executives and got brainwashed, I think this nigga is a clone and the real 50 got put on ice because nobody can go from GRODT to this clown.

    11. this nigga is trash these days aint nothing but a lost cause. You g unit shady fan boys need to face the facts that the shady hasbins are either washed up pop stars or cant make a decent song to save their lives. These shady aftermath fan boys are like the hopeless nerds in highschool that play in the computer lab all day in highschool acting nerdy as fuck with no hopes of pussy. Drake runs this rap shit everyone else is irrelevent

    12. im buyin both those albums when they are realeased, cause in my opinion drake just blows, and Eminem aint gettin any better so atleast someone still knows how to make music!
