50 Cent has taken a nostalgic look back on his two-decade journey in the rap game alongside iconic collaborators Eminem and Dr. Dre.
On Friday (March 22), Fif took to Instagram, where he paid homage to his friendship with Em and The Doctor while taking fans on a walk down memory lane.

“20 years [eyes emoji] Damn that went fast,” 50 captioned photos showing the trio in 2004 and 2024.
The post, amassing over 450k likes, resonated with fans who flooded the comment section to salute the G-Unit boss’ longevity in the industry as well as his youthful appearance.

“Black doesn’t crack, Eminem is one of us [laughing face emoji],” wrote one fan. “Legendary trio!! 20 years later and 50 is still a nonstop machine. The big lesson to note here is that 50 really took advantage of the mentorship and executed on the plays,” a second comment reads.
“That’s a good friendship bc I never heard of any beef between them,” reads another message.

A fourth user hilariously poked fun at Em and Dre’s evolving look, quipping “The only difference I see is that Dre’s hair ended up on Eminems face [laughing face emoji].”

Throughout their extensive history, 50 Cent, Eminem, and Dre have forged a strong bond, with the legendary producer providing beats for 50’s 2003 debut album Get Rich Or Die Tryin (including hits like “In Da Club” and “If I Can’t”), while Em appeared on that album’s “Patiently Waiting” and “Don’t Push Me.”
Notably, the 9x platinum project was released through Em’s Shady Records and Dre’s Aftermath, in conjunction with Interscope and 50’s own G-Unit Records.

Dre also contributed to the New York rhymer’s 2005’s The Massacre on hits like “Outta Control” and “Gunz Come Out” as well, and the triumvirate have remained loyal friends ever since.
In similar news, earlier this week Dr. Dre was awarded with a long-overdue star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame (that ceremony is where the “2024” photo in 50’s post was taken).

On Tuesday (March 19), some of Hip Hop’s biggest names pulled up to Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles to pay their respects to the N.W.A veteran as he received the honor.
Among the many people who showed up to the ceremony were Eminem, DJ Quik, Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent. Additionally, Jimmy Iovine was also present for the event.

“Dr. Dre is the greatest ever,” he said. “In fact, Billboard just named him the greatest hip-hop producer of all time! And I heard some of the other music he’s making right now — he’s coming for other genres.
“Dre is the greatest partner, friend, ally you could possibly have. For all you people out there that are aspiring to get into entertainment, when you go to bed tonight, pray you meet a Dr. Dre.”
In a press release announcing the above honor, it was revealed that Dr. Dre’s star was fittingly placed right next to Snoop Dogg’s, which was unveiled in 2018.
Amid celebrating Dre’s birthday last month, 50 Cent teased that the pair have “new heat” on the horizon.

Despite the buzz, no further details have emerged about their potential new project.
