50 Cent has called for the removal of a New York judge who threatened to shoot Black teens.
Earlier this week, police bodycam footage surfaced of State Supreme Court Justice Erin Gall arguing with a group of Black teens after a high school graduation party at her friend’s house was crashed by uninvited guests in 2022.

Arguments and fights broke out between invited and uninvited guests, with police responding to the incident shortly after.
While talking to officers after the scuffle, Judge Gall threatened to gun violence against the Black teens and made racially offensive comments.

“They’ll be shot on the property. Because when they trespass, you can shoot them on the property. I’ll shoot them on the property,” she said.
The 53-year-old Republican, who is white, also insulted the teens’ intelligence, saying: “They don’t look like they’re that smart. They’re not going to business school, that’s for sure.”

She also told the cops: “The good part is, I’m always on your side. You know I’d take anyone down for you guys.”
Reacting to the footage on Instagram, 50 Cent wrote: “SMH she should be removed this is bad. Repost this video.”
50 Cent isn’t alone in his assertion. The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct published a report earlier this week recommending Judge Gall’s removal.
They found that Gall, who has served as an elected judge in upstate Oneida County since 2012, “created at least the appearance that she harbored racial bias,” potentially undermining public confidence in her integrity.

“Her wide array of misconduct severely undermined public confidence in the judiciary and in her ability to serve as a fair and impartial judge,” the commission said.
She has also been suspended with pay (her salary is $232,600 a year) while New York’s Court of Appeals decides her fate.
Gall will appeal the panel’s decision, her attorney Robert Julian said.
In a written report to the comission’s report, the disgraced judge’s lawyers wrote: “The Respondent’s son was slapped, hit, knocked to the ground, kicked in the head and body and beaten by four or more of the uninvited individuals.

“Her husband, in an attempt to rescue their son and stop the fight, began pulling teenagers off of the pile and was assaulted himself in the process. He sustained bruising and swelling to both ears and his shirt was torn.”
