50 Cent has some thoughts after learning former BET CEO Debra Lee once had an affair with the network’s founder, Bob Johnson.

As Lee prepares for the release of her forthcoming autobiography I Am Debra Lee, the former exec stopped by Good Morning America on Tuesday (March 7) to give a little preview of the tea she’ll be spilling – like being married while having an affair with another married man who also happened to be her boss.

“I wanted to tell that story because power dynamics are so important in a relationship, especially if you’re having a relationship with someone you work for,” Lee said in the interview. “We all know the potential pitfalls. I worked for Bob Johnson for 10 years before we had a personal, romantic relationship. He was a mentor and he pushed me and he was responsible for a lot of my success.”

She continued: “We did have a relationship while we were both married, we ended up both divorced, and then people knew about the relationship. The company knew, we started going places together.”

She also revealed that he allegedly threatened her employment status if she wanted to leave him.

“It was like, ‘Well, if you want to break up with me, then you can leave tomorrow.’ And that was 20 years into my career at BET so I would have lost everything,” she said.

Quickly taking to Instagram with his thoughts, as usual, 50 had jokes on the situation.

“You would not believe what goes on behind the scenes,” he wrote in his first post with a screenshot of an article about the admission.

“Wow Deb must got that WAP [laughing emoji],” he added in a second post that revealed Lee started as a legal clerk at BET. “He gave her the whole shit, here you run it bae ! LOL.”

Meanwhile, 50 Cent is busy running his own television empire. Ahead of the fourth season of one of the multiple successful Power spinoffs, Power Book II: Ghost, the G-Unit mogul admitted he’s indifferent if fans stream the show illegally, as he just wants people to tune in to the new season regardless.

The show follows Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr.), who is trying to outrun the legacy of his father, James St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick), while making it out of the drug game alive.

The green light for a fourth season of Power Book II: Ghost came after 50 Cent announced he’d be moving his TV ventures to FOX as part of a new deal with the network, following the conclusion of his STARZ partnership last year.
