2Pac‘s final days have been remembered by Outlawz rapper Young Noble.
Sitting down with The Art of Dialogue for a rare and emotional interview, Noble spoke about being with the late rap legend in the hospital after he was shot.

“I was right there, front and center. To this day, let them tell it, he’s still alive underground like Bin Laden or in Cuba, but nah, he really died,” he said.
“I really was in the hospital. I really saw him with tubes in his body. I really saw his body full of fluid. He wasn’t skinny with the six-pack; his body was full. He really fucking died on us.”

Noble then began to tear up as he recalled 2Pac’s mother making the difficult decision to take the beloved rapper and actor off of life support.
“He probably could have lived. His momma said, ‘Nah, fuck all that,'” he continued. “He lost his finger, he was gonna lose a lung, they were gonna do all these surgeries.

“You know how strong your momma gotta to be to say, ‘I don’t want my son to endure no more pain in this world. Y’all tear him down.’ That shit is devastating. She let her son go. ‘Pac ain’t die; Afeni said, ‘Let my son fly.'”
The Outlawz rapper eventually walked out of the interview after becoming overcome with emotion.
2Pac’s brother, Mopreme Shakur, also recently spoke about the rapper’s death.
Appearing on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Mopreme was asked about the decades-old rumors linking Diddy to the 1996 shooting that claimed ‘Pac’s life, citing a controversial 2008 Los Angeles Times article that was later retracted, as well as comments from 50 Cent and Eminem.
Morgan read out Diddy’s statement to the outlet denying the allegations (“The story is a lie. Neither I nor [The Notorious B.I.G.] had any knowledge of any attack on 2Pac before, during or after it happened”) before asking Mopreme: “Do you think that was an honest statement?”
“My opinion is that I don’t believe it was an a hundred percent honest statement,” Mopreme replied.

When asked more directly if he thinks Diddy was lying when he made that statement, 2Pac’s sibling said: “Quite possibly. It’s kinda looking that way, in my opinion.”
Allegations of Diddy’s involvement in the murder of 2Pac largely come from former gang member Duane “Keefe D” Davis, who is set to stand trial over the rapper’s murder next year.
