21 Savage, who has been endlessly trolled ever since the Hip Hop world found out he was born in England, has now leaned into that image.

On Sunday (October 15), the British-American rapper shared a series of photos showing off his new braids. That combined with his Nike tracksuit prompted a flood of comments about him looking like a stereotypical MC from the United Kingdom.

“Sir savage the 21st,” one person wrote, while another joked: “Mans in his London roadman era he going home fr.”

One IG user summed it up with a simple: “Bruv!!”

Several of his peers have also chimed in, with YG writing “THUG’d OUT” while Lil Yachy kept it simpler with “Hahahaha.”

21 Savage is currently gearing up to return “home” as he recently announced plans to perform his first-ever UK show later this year. The Slaughter Gang leader will head across the pond later over the winter for his first headlining concert at London’s O2 Arena on November 30.

Tickets for the show are now available to purchase here.

Earlier this month, Savage officially became a permanent United States resident, allowing him to travel freely outside the country again.

At the beginning of October, he made his first trip north of the border to join Drake and close out the It’s All A Blur Tour in the 6 God’s hometown of Toronto. He previously didn’t appear on any of the other Canadian dates of the trek.

21 Savage teased his homecoming concert when he posted a video clip to Instagram, soundtracked by Skylar Grey’s “Coming Home” and filled with footage of him as a kid.

Drake hopped into the comment section, writing “we’re,” which many interpreted as him hinting that he’ll also be present at the performance.

Billboard recently reported last week that 21 Savage is currently planning to do an entire international tour.
