Singapore-based hip hop artists Mary Sue and ABANGSAPAU team up in their newest two-track EP release, HERE I AM.
The two tracks, plainly titled “Track A” and “Track B,” are the duo’s “ode to unapologetic self-love and healing.” This is the first project between the two artists. In a statement shared with HipHopDX Asia, the two mentioned that they worked on both tracks “in the space of 6 hours.”

The two share that the EP is about “their journeys coming out of a dark place to find relief in the newfound love they have for their voices.” The accompanying visual for HERE I AM is set to arrive soon.

HERE I AM follows Mary Sue’s collaboration with Tony Bontana, COAST TO COAST, which was just released last August 19. Both Mary Sue and ABANGSAPAU landed on our “Best Hip Hop and R&B of 2022 (So Far)” back in March for “Boyhood” and KISSES OF LIFE, respectively.
