Thai-German rapper Dandee treats listeners to his new soulful and melodic album, WORLD GONE MAD. Released on July 28, the album is 16 tracks long with features from MUSA, Blacknud, JUU4E, EP$ON, Shadow The Great, Filthy Phil, and Chaleeda.
This is the second album of the year from the artist. He dropped the first single off the album “MARILYN” last month via CHRISTINARECORDS. WORLD GONE MAD follows February’s LOVE LIFE LOYALTY.
WORLD GONE MAD takes listeners back to the ‘90s with the era’s hallmark synths, boom bap percussions, and record scratches. The album also inserts different news clips reflecting current issues in Thailand, such as the legalization of marijuana and Thailand’s relationship with the tensions between the United States and China.

In an exclusive interview with HipHopDX Asia earlier this year, the artist shared that he enjoys the collaborative process with other producers. This remains the case in the new album, with seven out of 16 tracks sharing credits with different artists.
