Rjay Ty Returns With Latest Solo Cut, ‘Belly Of The Beast’

Rjay Ty is back with new music!

The Filipino rapper and Bawal Clan member returns with “Belly of the Beast,” his first solo track of the year.

Produced by Like Animals, the ominous track feels, in many ways, a spiritual successor of Bawal Clan and Owfuck’s “Pating Sa Kadiliman” (Shark in the Dark), a standout track and recently released single off their 2020 album, Ligtas (Safe)—in that “Belly of the Beast” is not only an affirmation of Rjay Ty’s rap skills and his commitment to his craft but also doubling as reportage from the rapper’s native of Manila.

Ty’s last official solo track was 2020’s “Credits.” He also appeared in “Devils Lounge” (also produced by Like Animals) by fellow Bawal Clan (and LDP) member Lex Luthoor’s solo debut, Just A Draft.
