Queendom season is coming.

Today, Japanese hip hop artist Awich shared her latest single, “口に出して” (roughly translates to ‘Put It Out’). The track is part of her upcoming Queendom EP, out on September 24.

The ZOT-produced single is packed with double entendre, including “お掃除してあげる Dyson” (I’ll clean you like Dyson). This is not the first time Awich has touched on taboos. In her 2020 EP Partition, the rapper made it her mission to rail against the confines of the patriarchal music industry. She tellsJapan Times, “There are boxes around what a woman is supposed to be, what a man is supposed to be, or what an artist or rapper is supposed to be, but all of these ideas are void. I want to do everything I feel and be true to the moment of when I wrote the song and the emotion I felt. I don’t know what is true or what is wrong, but I know that the box is fiction, so I don’t abide by that.”

“口に出して” follows her July single, “GILA GILA,” ft. JP THE WAVY and YZERR. The single was used in the NHK Tokyo 2020 Paralympics support initiative, “Wonder Infinity.”
