There’s no stopping Simon Dominic on having a proper birthday party.

On March 9, the South Korean hip hop artist shared “Party Forever,” his first single of the year. The music video shows Simon Dominic celebrating on his own—like most of us under strict lockdown restrictions around the world—and inviting us to share the occasion with him, albeit online.

The AOMG co-founder and Show Me The Money star also mulls over his experience in isolation. “Why do I feel oddly alive at this moment? / Funny how such moments are the driving force in my life,” he sings, but also adding that despite the virtual connection, he dislikes being alone. “At this party, they say I’m the man of the hour / You guys look more excited than me, but don’t you leave me early / Oh I hate being alone.”
