A new SIRUP album is underway.

On February 24, the Japanese R&B singer shared the ROMderful-produced “Overnight,” his latest single off his upcoming album, cure, out on March 17.

A music video accompanied the release, which was helmed by maxilla and features SIRUP dancing alone in outer space.

“Pain, growth, change and inner peace are all things that can be a ‘cure’ for the soul. I wanted to make a song that carried the powers of healing through music, and ROMderful was just the perfect producer to make it come true,” SIRUP shares. “In a world that’s ever-changing, I wrote this song as a reminder to myself to stay grounded and to never stop learning. I hope ‘Overnight’ will become something that people could vibe and dance to, and to find their own ‘cure,’ because connectedness is what makes music so special and so universal,” he adds.

Aside from “Overnight,” SIRUP has also released “HOPELESS ROMANTIC” (produced by starRo) and “Thinkin about us” from cure. The album will also feature collaborations with SUMIN and Slom from South Korea, as well as Full Crate from the Netherlands.
