After successfully converting his trend-setting G.O.O.D. Friday single series into a five installment G.O.O.D. Friday album series, Kanye West seems intent on keeping the momentum going with another new set of projects.

Kanye revealed in an interview at his ye listening event in Wyoming that he wanted to release 52 records in 52 weeks. Since then, artists from Chance The Rapper to Ty Dolla $ign have hinted at or confirmed a project of their own with Yeezy on the boards. In that same interview, Kanye gave the impression that the music had been helping him deal with a traumatic year and a half, and his musical run has definitely kept him in the headlines more for his art and less for his political hot takes.

Catch up on the new album news surrounding Kanye below and stay posted for potential new announcements of more Kanye-produced albums.

Valee

In the midst of the G.O.O.D. Music album rollout in June, Valee quoted a tweet mentioning a seven-track album between him and Kanye with a series of emojis. While it excited many of his fans, it’s unclear whether Valee has concrete plans for such a project or if he was trolling. Kanye already executive produced the Good Job You Found Me EP from the Chicago artist who signed to G.O.O.D. Music this past February.

Then earlier in June, Ty Dolla posted an Instagram video of Kanye praising him and the idea of a joint project. The caption was left as the clue, “U ready ?” And since Ty Dolla shares a mutual respect for Kanye, under the right circumstances the chances of a full-length from both of them are high.
