Fatal Shooting Takes Place Near George Clinton Concert

    Continuing a troubling trend of violence, a man fired several shots from a handgun during a large fight near an outdoor concert venue in Cleveland, which was hosting a George Clinton show.

    The fight took place before 10:00 PM at an intersection near Luke East Park, reports the Associated Press.

    Police are unsure whether those involved were concertgoers. “These were younger people, so we’re not sure,” said Sgt. Sammy Morris said. “George Clinton is an older [artist]. We’re not going to speculate.”

    A 16-year-old boy was tragically killed from a gunshot wound to the head. Others wounded include a 20-year-old woman shot in the neck, and a 14-year-old boy and a 23-year-old men with leg wounds.

    2. This happened in Cleveland where im from actually i live down the street from where it happened, the sad thing is it wasnt a man that fired it was another teenaged young punk!! The shooter wont be caught he had no shirt and was wearin khacki shorts just like almost every young teenaged black male in Cleveland!! The shooter got into a fight got his ass kicked and then decided to shoot nothing more nothing less.
