Drake Wins Top Rap Album For ‘Certified Lover Boy’ At 2022 Billboard Awards: See All The Winners

    The 2022 Billboard Awards got underway at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday (May 15). Hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, the annual award ceremony highlighted some of the music industry’s biggest artists in categories such as Top Artist, Top Billboard 200 Artist, Top R&B Artist and Top Rap Artist.

    Doja Cat led the nominations for female artists with 14, while The Weeknd earned 17, the most for any male artist. Doja Cat was an early winner, earning an award in the Top R&B Female Artist category, as was Kanye West who took home the honor in the Top Christian Artist, Top Gospel Artist, Top Gospel Song, Top Christian Song and Top Christian Album categories.

    Meanwhile, Drake won the trophy in the Top Rap Album category for Certified Lover Boy, as well as Top Artist, Top Rap Artist and Top Male Artist.

    1. Of course, The Dildo Music Awards had the gayest list of albums this year so it’s not surprising that Drake won especially with Fluff Daddy’s fruit ass hosting.

    2. Jeezus!! Thats the lineup??? These aren’t even award shows anymore just the part of the plan for the corporate machine to promote the artists they want. Not what the crowd wants. So many other rap albums better than CLB but it doesn’t even matter anymore..
