Drake Raps About ‘Abandonment Issues’ On Leaked Jack Harlow Collab

As Jack Harlow inches closer to dropping his sophomore album, Come Home The Kids Miss You, an alleged track from the project has leaked online. Tentatively titled “Have A Turn,” the leak started making the rounds on Wednesday (April 13) and contains a lengthy verse from Drake.

“Cold hearts and heated floors, no parental guidance I just see divorce,” he raps. “Therapy sessions, I’m in the waiting room, readin’ Forbes/Abandonment issues I’m gettin’ treated for/How much water can I fit under the bridge before it overflows?/My son’s gotta learn that forgiveness is a lonely road/The cribs on his wheel like motor homes.

“N-ggas love to try and test us like they know what we on/Chubb’s got the magazine cover like Rolling Stone/’Cause we already know how they rock, they throwin’ stones/Whenever you gettin’ bigger, there’s growin’ pains/I got enough pull to make the city start throwin’ games/I’m out here makin’ a mockery/I got my realtor out here playin’ Monopoly/How can I address you when you don’t own property?/They only finesse you when you don’t move properly.”

Drake was just getting warmed up as he continued, “Destined for the win, but you don’t get a prize out of me/I’m destined for the top, but you can’t get a rise out of me/Seven-fifty for the round, canaries, and they glitterin’/Man, you n-ggas drop trash, you littering/I’m overdelivering to the point, it’s belittling/I mean, the PTSD is triggering, the profit is sickening.

“The stones is shimmering, came from the north/But I got hot as fuck, so ain’t no shivering, yeah/Lucky me, people that don’t fuck with me/Are linkin’ up with people that don’t fuck with me to fuck with me/This shit is getting ugly/And every single situation is transactional/And every thing they sayin’ is irrational/And every way they movin’ is promotional/Everybody’s actin’ irreplaceable, it’s like they ain’t disposable/My urges for revenge are uncontrollable.”

Jack Harlow's 'Come Home The Kids Miss You' Cover Art Has Lil Baby Hyped For The Album

Drake started trending on Twitter late Wednesday and people were overwhelmingly impressed with the 6 God’s contributions, so much so they forgot Jack Harlow was even on the song.  But as Drake’s verse comes to a close, he reminds everyone the Kentucky-bred rapper is very much a part of it.

“Daytonas with the green faces,” he concludes. “Kentucky derby races, my presence in the spot is so abrasive/Boxxed up the Churchill downs, that’s motivation, yeah/And shorty like, ‘You know that boy Jack is goin’ places’.”

In March, Drake and Jack Harlow were spotted in Turks & Caicos where the Canadian rap star randomly handed a fan $10,000 in cash. According to a clip from Akademiks, the 35-year-old artist was on vacation when the young man approached him. As people screamed, “Oh my god” in the background, Drake gave the lucky recipient a giant hug after the generous gift.

As for Harlow, Come Home The Kids Miss You is expected to arrive on May 6. Until then, listen to the leak above.

    1. for the trunks of teeny boppers, delusion only fans “models”, n fruity pebbles that like it up the dookie shute hella profitable demo though

    2. drake whiter than snow. he hated on his pop for leaving but once he took off, drake used his dads colour for clout.

    3. yawn..more whiney bitch made ghostwritten rhymes from Blackface Drake..stick to the corny AF white rapper lane..your accepted with open arms there…FOH.

    4. This how you know Drake lost this beef. He in this verse talking about going to a therapist to talk about his abandonment issues which was the premise of the whole “Story of Adidon” diss. Drake dickriders gonna miss that though. Push obliterated Drake and he the only thing he can respond back with is “I’m richer than you”. Yt man moves.

    5. ahahahaha im not a drake fan but the way his verse got everyone frothing at the mouth is just amazing
