On Tuesday (March 12th), Big Sean previewed his Hall of Fame album for audiences in London.
DJ Semtex, who described the album as a “classic,” posted what appears to be a tracklist based on the preview:

4. UNTITLED (FEAT LIL WAYNE)
5. FUCK MY MONEY UP (SAYITAINTONE)
6. M.I.L.F. (FEAT JUICY J)
Produced by Da Internz
7. NOTHING IS STOPPING YOU
8. FIRST CHAIN (FEAT NAS & KID CUDI)

9. SIERRA LEONNE
Produced by No ID
10. ASHLEY (Feat MIGUEL)

11. UNTITLED (FEAT KANYE WEST)
12. ALL FIGURED OUT

The Detroit rapper took to Twitter to say that the tracklist wasn’t entirely accurate, but he did admit that it was “close”:
Sean previously stated that he hopes to play the album for Eminem when it’s done.
Whatever. Ain’t no one finna buy your album, B.
hahaha yeah right! he’ll go gold at least, and he’s a big superstar worldwide already. Id say alot of people will buy it
finally famous hasnt even sold 400k yet, hes not going gold for a long while on this one
Get a life you sad depressed faggot go die!
… go die hater
WHAT?!? Come ON!
where am i on that track list, that sh*t is fake. I am on like 3 tracks.
Thats my mans and them
You suck at impersonating a rapper.
.
fuck detroit and everyone who love em
Big Sean is one of those rappers who doesn’t really have a real, core, fan base. People like him because of his gimmicky, cartoony, rap style, but they aren’t true ride or die fans. He’s like the Nelly or Ludacris of this era…Not to say those dudes are wack, but people just don’t take novelty rappers seriously. They might have success in the beginning, but then they fade away because they don’t have substance to maintain popularity. Nelly went from selling millions to like 17,000 first week…lol If Sean couldn’t even go gold on his first album, this new one is going to be a problem for him.
Now, although I do agree with what you are saying for the most part, your analogy with Nelly and Ludacris is weak. Those artists you named are franchise artists and a more realistic comparison would’ve suffice.
In my opinion Big Sean’s problems lack with depth and substance. It’s almost as if he’s dealing with an identity crisis because of crossover. He hasn’t left much substance prior to blowing to have any credibility to what he is doing now. Nothing deep, meaningful or much replay value from him. So yes, I agree with your novelty comment, but using sales as an argument to artistry is naive and ignorant.
He’s a disappointing artist to me and for Kanye to say he’s got to be the next him..is completely farfetched, right now. He needs to take a risk and be more true to himself not to the money. I still have a tad bit of faith. But I digress..
nelly and luda sold MILLIONS, medium sean now so much
This album will definitely go GOLD! And when that happen, Finally Famous will do too. Your new album can improve sales of your previous one. Some albums take a long time to go gold.
and some never do
DJ Semtex, who described the album as a “classic,” lol smh
@Big Flop: is 100% right

HOMIE WACK AS FUCK
you can’t have classics when juicy j and lil’ wayne are on your tracks…
The fact that “Guap” isn’t on this list leads me to think that this isn’t too reliable.
The album should be hot, with the assumption that No ID is heavily involved in production.
hell yeah Kid Cudi
“nelly and luda sold MILLIONS”
Doesn’t mean they had substance.
never said they did but you cant compare them to medium sean
“finally famous hasnt even sold 400k yet”
LIG hasn’t sold 400,000 either. What’s wrong with this evil world?
no one is talking about nas. buddy said the new album is going gold at least and i simply pointed out that his last album has yet to reach gold with a nicki minaj single so its not happenin
WHERE IS GUAP

“no one is talking about nas”
Well I was.
“simply pointed out that his last album has yet to reach gold”
And my point was alot of albums don’t reach gold yet it doesn’t stop the artists from moving forward. Obviously, Big Sean made money the first time around, so even if album sales weren’t impressive, there’s still a fanbase out there for this dude.
it’s been 2 years though…
