Inglewood’s SiR has dropped Chasing Summer, his second album for Top Dawg Entertainment and the follow-up to last year’s November LP.
The West Coast singer’s latest project is a 14-track release. The album features collaborations with Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne, Jill Scott, Smino, Zacari, Sabrina Claudio and Kadhja Bonet.

Top Dawg Entertainment singer SiR is dropping his new album Chasing Summer this Friday (August 30). With the LP arriving in a matter of days, the TDE artist has unveiled the official tracklist via Instagram.
“Friday we celebrate,” he wrote. “Love y’all. 08.30.19 #CHASINGSUMMER.”
SiR’s upcoming album contains 14 tracks with production by Boi-1da, Sounwave and Kal Banx, among others. Guests include Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne, Smino, Jill Scott, Sabrina Claudio, Kadhja Bonet and Zacari.

November was an amazing amazing album. So excited for this release. Hair down is a banger.
Wow, I can’t stand Kendrick anymore! That’s fucking terrible! Remember when Kendrick was reffered to as the second coming of Pac for the west coast? Well, we were wrong as fuck.

Lol, Pac was much better than Kendrick, in just about every single way. Kendrick was super dope from 2009 to 2013. Since then, Kendrick sounds like he’s straight from Young Money n shit. He used to sound like he was from death row records. Sad!
So if you’ve been disappointed with Kendrick for the past six years, don’t you think it’s time to, I don’t know, move on? Kendrick won’t lose sleep if a couple of fans leave because he doesn’t sound like he did 10 years ago. And another question, how does TPAB sound anything like Young Money?
Tpab was 5 years ago… Sounds like OP is taking about Kendrick that past few years. No need to Stan on Kendrick dick bro. Of course he doesn’t care if he loses some fans. But the point still stands, that Kendrick went from old school Westcoast sound, to newschool generic, singing auto tune, high pitched, pop rap radio junk. I bet you thing Eminem is great still too lol. Kendrick and Eminem stans are one in the same. Neither can recognize the rapid downfall in quality of music.
I’m talking to truth and he said since 2013 when TPAB was 2015. So again, how does TPAB sound anything like YM? Em’s album quality has been going down over the years, but he can still rap. And Kamikaze was actually good, his best in years.
I’ll agree with TRUTH, excluding Tpab. After that is when Kendrick went poppy. I’m not down with Kamikaze tho. It just ain’t my style. But to each their own. If you enjoy it, that’s cool.
