Damon Dash Launches Dame Dash Studios

Iconic Hip Hop mogul — and all around entrepreneur — Dame Dash is officially launching his streaming network, Dame Dash Studios. Beta-testing via their YouTube profile for a while now, it is set to officially launch on April 3rd. Touted as a platform for “millennial trendsetters,” it offers a range of exclusive series, original movies, and documentaries.

First teased back in 2016 as a partnership with FilmOn with the goal of delivering original motivational programming, with Dame Dash TV being the cornerstone, the platform is quite robust, satisfying a range of interests from business to travel, music, health, comedy, fashion, and more.

Dash is set to celebrate the launch alongside rapper/activist Talib Kweli and host of other guests, at a formal gala event — complete with red carpet — this April in L.A. However, there’s no need to wait to start enjoying everything the Roc-A-Fella records co-founder’s network has to offer, as you can start exploring it now (ahead of the official launch next week).

Subscriptions for Dame Dash Studios are $7.99 per month, and new users get a seven-day trial. You can sign up here.
