Kendrick couldn’t hold Lupe’s sack. He’s a decent rapper, but people only think he’s so nice because hip-hop is so weak right now that people are ready to ride any nigga that’s half decent. It’s like if you haven’t eaten in a week even a saltine taste incredible. Lupe is legitimately a blackbelt MC though, from any era. On another note, there’s too much crooning in Hip-Hop now, every song has some overdramatic hook. I feel like I’m listenin’ to fuckin Counting Crows everytime these new songs come on.

I’m a huge kendrick lamar fan as well as Lupe. Kendrick is no where near Lupe as of now. Maybe one day. Both great artists.
