Kanye West‘s highly anticipated stream with Adin Ross fell through due to a rather pricey promise being broken, according to YesJulz.
Julz, who has been airing some of the rapper and his team’s dirty laundry since being fired from his Yeezy company last month, made the claim in a livestream earlier this week.

The controversial influencer was asked by a fan: “How did Kanye feel about doing a stream with Adin?”
Julz responded by explaining that the streaming star had agreed to pay Kanye $1 million to appear on his Kick channel and donate a further $1 million to charity, but he failed to keep his end of the bargain.

“I was talking to Adin about doing a stream with Ye and we were gonna do it. Adin was gonna pay a million and then pay another million to charity,” she said.
“But he ended up not coming through on the second million to charity and saying something kinda slick, and we decided not to do it because we didn’t feel we could trust [him].”

Kanye West and Adin Ross have had a rocky relationship, intense enough that the streamer publicly apologized to Ye and his wife, Bianca Censori.
In a Kick stream in February, Ross apologized for comments he made about the controversial rap icon and hinted at receiving a telling-off from Bianca herself.

“I have to apologize. This message is straight to Ye’s wife Bianca because I just got an email about it,” he said.
The issue stemmed from a prior stream where Ross — who is known to pay rappers to appear on his channel — said he had backing from Kick and Stake to pay Kanye for an interview.
However, he phrased it in a way that many assumed meant that no brands want to cut deals with West, who has been mired in an antisemitism controversy for the last two years.
The streamer clarified that he meant that streaming platforms are reluctant to pay for appearances — from anyone.

“When I said that I had money for Ye to come on stream from Kick and Stake, I wasn’t saying, ‘Nobody is throwing money these days,’ as far as like, nobody is paying him,” he explained. “Obviously he’s Ye, one of the biggest artists of all time. But I mean streaming platforms. Nobody is throwing money to anyone these days. Except for Kick. That’s all I meant.”
He continued: “I would love to have Ye come on stream. The offer still stands. Kick said it. I spoke to them a week ago about it. And, I’m sorry. I’m sorry publicly, all right, Bianca? Mrs. West and Mr. West, I’m sorry. We would love to have you on Kick.”

Yeezy is also in the middle of a legal dispute with YesJulz, who was let go from the company and fined $7.7 million for alleged NDA (non-disclosure agreement) violations.
It was later reported that Kanye was readying an $8 million lawsuit against his former employee, while Julz has indicated she is planning to countersue the rapper and his company.
