Kanye West has revealed that he is taking YesJulz (real name Julianne Goddard) to court for allegedly violating her NDA as he prepared to to hit her with an $8 million bill.
In an Instagram Story posted by Ye on Sunday (March 17), he revealed that he has filed what is known as a Notice of Intent to Arbitrate Before the Judicate, which is a precursor to a lawsuit. In it, he claims his ex-employee “repeatedly, intentionally, and grossly” violated the terms of their non-disclosure agreement (NDA), which in turn prompted the lawsuit.

“To say Goddard suffers from a lack of impulse control would be to excuse her from responsibility for behavior that is hurtful, hateful and destructive; it is to give her pattern of mendacious, malicious, manipulative outbursts a pass,” he claimed, noting that the alleged damages were “in excess of $8 million.”
Check out the full filing below:
Kanye West fired Goddard and fined her almost $8 million over NDA violations, after which she publicized a series of damaging messages from a senior member of his team.
The rapper and producer cut ties with her last week, writing on his Instagram Stories: “We have decided to no longer have YesJulz involved in the rollout of Vultures. All the activity on her page and with our fans in the past few days has been unauthorized.”

An email purportedly written by Yeezy chief of staff and far-right political commentator Milo Yiannopoulos that was sent to the influencer was leaked soon after.
“Dear Ms. Goddard, enclosed please find a letter and statement of account from your time with Yeezy. Fines incurred to date as a result of your NDA violations come to $7.7m,” the email read.
“While you were a contractor, I suspended enforcement of this debt. It now falls due. Hassan from the compliance team will reach out with information about payment. Please note that any further violations will accrue more fines.
“Because you are being terminated for cause but also because you forgot to sign your contract your termination is effective immediately.”
In a follow-up email, he wrote: “Obviously, you are fired.”

YesJulz broke her silence on the ordeal in mid-March and shared text messages from Yiannopolous in which he called Ye’s followers “Down Syndrome megafans” and even said they have “developmental disorders.”
About her controversial X Spaces stream with Kanye fan accounts, during which she brainstormed ideas for a Yeezy app and was seemingly trying to get people to do unpaid work for the company, Yiannopolous allegedly wrote: “Yews team not thrilled to be associated with this.

“I’m not sure what it’s even about, apparently there was a pretty strong negative response to some Twitter Space or something. Let me know if you need anything.”
He added: “Surely the last thing we need is bright ideas from Down Syndrome megafans on social media. Half of these obsessive megafans online have developmental disorders.

“I’m very much not a fan anyway of the fake sounding ‘Tell us what you think!’ outreach. Feels atrociously off brand for Ye and needs a rethink.”
YesJulz shared screenshots of the above messages on social media with the following caption: “Heres what Milo, the Chief of Staff who controls who gets hired + fired & when they get paid, thinks about the very fan base that fought so hard to get Ye his first #1 in over a decade.”
