A petition filed by the mother of Damon Dash‘s teenage son exposed a list of shocking details about the Roc-A-Fella co-founder.
In the petition, Linda Williams, Dash‘s ex girlfriend and mother of 16-year-old Damon Dash II, stated that her son is “at imminent risk, living in an unstable home with no structure or supervision.”
Williams claimed that her son was living without running hot water and electricity for two months in his bedroom while living with his father, and that he took their son to the morgue to identify an uncle who committed suicide by gunshot to the head, which was “very, very traumatic” for her son.

The petition also states that Dash refused to take his child to the doctor and dentist annually, fired all of the cooking staff causing his son to have to prepare his own meals, and stopped providing a driver to take him to and from school, in which he knows faces expulsion for excessive absences and tardies.
The lengthy document goes on to detail Dash‘s financial woes, drug use, family history of mental illness, and previous attempts of kidnap and fleeing with their son.
There is currently a $10 million trust and educational fund that Dash was ordered set up for his son dating back to 1999, but Williams claims that she never received a copy.

Williams is requesting that she be immediately granted custody of their son, that Dash takes a drug test, that she receives a copy of the trust and educational fund papers, that the court order an ACS investigation, and that the CEO also pay in full, $3,600 for a Hofstra Basketball Camp that their son attended in 2007.
There has not been any word from Damon Dash‘s publicist regarding this matter.
