In a since-deleted Instagram post shortly after the news broke, 50 offered his trademark take on the salacious legal drama.

“This camera man and the lawyer who made the claim should be [boxing glove emoji] punched in the head,” he wrote. “I’m sorry 2 women start making out, I’m not offended. THIS CASE IS THROWN OUT OF MY COURT.”

In the lawsuit, the accuser, Emilio Garcia, claims he witnessed Megan Thee Stallion engaging in sexual intercourse with another woman in a car in Ibiza.

According to court documents obtained by HipHopDX, Garcia further claims that the “Savage” hitmaker told him to keep quiet about the incident before berating and body-shaming him by calling him a “fat bitch.”

Speaking to NBC News, Garcia said the car incident left him “shocked” and “uncomfortable” while the entire ordeal made his working conditions “intolerable.”

The photographer, who worked for Megan between 2019 and 2023, also alleges he was abruptly terminated by her management company Roc Nation the night before an assignment, leading him to seek legal representation.

He is suing for punitive damages, attorney’s costs, unpaid wages plus interest on the unpaid wages, unpaid overtime wages and other employee benefits at the legal rate.

“Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behavior and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat shaming conduct,” Garcia’s attorney Ron Zambrano said in a statement.

“Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman. ‘Inappropriate’ is putting it lightly. Exposing this behavior to employees is definitely illegal.”

Megan, through her lawyers, have dismissed the suit as a money grab.

“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her,” they said. “We will deal with this in court.”
