Listening Parties

A Listening party is an excellent opportunity for music labels to give the consumer the chance to listen to an album before purchase. With an average listening audience of 3000 people it is very advantageous to help album sales. All listening parties are streamed in Real Audio; therefore the consumer cannot download music and is removed after 3-4 weeks on the site, depending on the contract.

Hot Traxx

The Hot Traxx section is a new feature on HipHopDX. It gives labels the opportunity to feature up n' coming radio singles, or promotional tracks for the general populous to listen. For this one flat rate your songs will be listened to an average of 2000-3000 times during a period of 4 weeks. This list is featured in every section, excluding the message board section, and usually appears in the top half of each page.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship is an excellent way to improve the brand image of any company, in the case of HipHopDX the opportunity is available to sponsor different sections of the website. Some sections include: Release Dates, DX News, Hitlist, etc? Examples of such sponsorships include "The Nike Top 10", "Alize News Wire", Graphical Logo's will be built to incorporate section name, and Logo's will receive prominent placement.

Please note: sponsorship opportunities for all sections which involve music will not be available to music labels for conflict of interest reasons. This may include other companies as well.

There are two advertising spaces available on HipHopDX. Both are placed in visible/prominent positions (see the sample page). The first are rectangular Flash ads placed in the main content area, and the second are the box ads on either side bar of the web site. Reasonable rates and various bulk package purchases are available to purchase.
