HipHopDX Premiere: Hailing from his Strange Famous Records’ debut, NineteenEightyFour,Dope KNife’s new video for “Memory Hole” finds the Savannah, Georgia rapper lyrically assaulting the raw, boom-bap landscape with his witty wordplay. Co-directed by Dope KNife and Steve Douglas, the video depicts him “thinking about old mistakes” crouched down in nothing but his boxers, a cigarette, bottles of liquor, and (of course) a dope knife as he raps over the slow, jazz-infused beat.
