Over a beat highlighted by ascending piano notes, Masta Ace‘s “Mathematics” is reminiscent of the Golden Era sound he’s perfected over the years since emerging on the 1988 posse cut, “The Symphony” with the legendary Juice Crew. Taken from the Brownsville, Brooklyn native’s latest album, The Falling Season, the track cleverly weaves mathematical terminology into one cohesive fabric.
