At BET’s 2016 Soul Train Awards, hosted by Erykah Badu, Doug E. Fresh performed as part of a tribute to the highly revered singer/producer Teddy Riley. The rowdy performance featured Fresh rapping one of his biggest hits, 1985’s “The Show,” complete with a bevy of backup dancers. Later in the show, Bobby Brown goes all out for a rendition of his 1988 hit, “My Prerogative.” Watch the 15-minute tribute above.
