Toronto-via-Manchester, England transplant Shotty Horroh graces DX with the exclusive premiere of the new video for “Palaver,” his latest banger from the Free Drugs EP. Shotty described the Mystry-produced track as “some different shit. It’s not trap, it’s not grime. It’s somewhere in the middle yet nowhere near. I love making songs that I know are gonna fuck up the mosh pit.”
The song comes hot on the heels of his latest collaboration with EDM megastar Joel “Deadmau5” Zimmerman — a friendship and working relationship that will produce even more tracks soon.

“Joel is my fuckin brother,” Shotty tells DX. “He found me through the battle I did with Arsonal. He flew me out to Toronto to work on our first song ‘Are You Not Afraid’ and since then we’ve been cool and I love working with him. He’s a genius.”
