When Mac Miller found himself suffering from “chronic happiness and contentment,” he decided to do something about it. In a new video posted by Funny Or Die, the distinguished Pittsburgh rapper gives a PSA for a new drug, “DreadLexa,” which is intended to make artists depressed so they can get back to creating deep, meaningful work. He found that being happy didn’t exactly help his artistic endeavors.
“Now with a simple pill, I can get back to isolating the people I love and rapping about my insecurities,” he says. Watch the hilarious clip above.
