The music video “Lean Pain” is a visual representation of a life and death event Hip Hop duo Aone experienced while dating two female blonde Caucasians twins. Due to racial differences of both color and ethnicity, the blonde Caucasian girlfriends kept their relationship with the two black brothers hidden from their father.

On April 24, 2015, Bobby Dread and Trill Pablo were having a movie night when it was time for their girlfriends to pick up food they had ordered. Before the twins had left, Trill had asked where the bathroom was. Both Bobby and Trill were left at the house alone waiting for the girls to get the food.
