Big Will Smith has been going hard in the paint to ensure that his new Suicide Squad flick conquers the box office.

While appearing on The Late Show a couple of days of ago, the production crew begin to cut to commercial as house band Stay Human faded the segment out while playing the melody to Kool & the Gang’s “Summer Madness,” which is also the base formula for the classic that is Smith and DJ Jazzy Jeff’s “Summertime.”

On instinct, The Fresh Prince walked clear across the set, grabbed a mic and launched into his Grammy Award-winning hit and finished with a call-and-response for the audience that brought everyone to their feet.
