In this episode of the DX Daily Weekend Edition we highlight three dope Hip Hop happenings to look forward to in the next couple of days. The first is the premiere of Crazy Hood’s documentary film, Coming Home: Peru, the follow up to Coming Home: Cuba. The film digs depicts how Hip Hop culture has impacted the South American nation and will air tomorrow (April 18) at 5pm EST on REVOLT. Also, Tech N9ne and Eminem will finally collaborate on Tech’s upcoming album, Special Effects. The track, entitled “Speedom (Worldwide Choppers 2)” will be unveiled on Shade45’s Sway In The Morning on April 20. Sources tell us Eminem will call into the show and interview Tech N9ne. Make sure you check that out. Finally, West Los Angeles’ Villain Park is a new crew that must be checked out. There are four members: Smokey V, Niftee Bacon, Classicko & Kilam, each from Crescent Heights. They’re wild young (around 18 and 19 years old) and rock with a style that sounds like Onyx mixed with Lords Of The Underground meets Doggystyle era Snoop. Check out their HipHopDX Hollywood Freestyle.
