    1. Dafuq is this shit? Kendrick fell of since GKMC. One good album and making overrated shit like this. I call it bullshit

      1. Man, how can you not feel this? Not even going to box this up into a genre, this is just great music. This guy is a true artist. He’s pushing thee envelope, trying to make the world a much wiser and better place, one song at a time. King. Kendrick!

    2. as there is some truth in ur blog, they should not get them selves in that predicament.. I know easier said then done but they are “celebs” cant live that normal life any more

    3. Kendrick is more lyrical and experimental. Cole is more relatable and straight forward in his song making approach.

Both are the new school kings.

Drake is a hit maker and behind those two.

    4. I feel like kendrick is bringing back what snoop dogg did with the g funk neo soul and hip hop doggystyle album, also heard that kendrick might have george clinton already had ron isley. this will be interesting to see.

      anyway, song of the year.

    5. When evolving as an artist one must evolve creatively. One can only talk about the past criminal/street life or current luxurious life for so long until it gets played out or becomes unauthentic. Real music fans, will and should demand more of an artist. Kendrick and and Cole are two artists who are currently at this point where they will be forced to evolve or adapt. Adapting will only contribute to the current state of music where selling music reigns over making it. This new song by kendrick shows me that he has more to offer us than what he already has. I can see him evolving into something more greater than just a hip-hop artist. How can you not be excited for the leaders of the new school to take the reigns and hopefully use this music thing to actually say something relevant and conscious and become the new intellectual voice of this generation.

    6. He’s taking his music to another level. Not many artists are capable of reaching such heights, irrespective of genre.

    7. This dude is talented and is not buying into the norm of the industry. He does not get enough credit much like anyone who is actually saying something in their songs.

    8. Kendrick gon sell a million records first week. This nigga starting a movement. Fuck this rap shit. This nigga… man just watch.

    9. DRAKE HAVENT DROPPED A RECORD THIS YEAR AND HIS ”FREE” SINGLE TRACKS ARE HARDER THAN K-DOTS

KENDRICK FANS THIS L GOES OUT TO YOU.

      1. You’re a retard, both of you. Y’all take the L for your dumbass comments. This song goes harder than anything by soft-ass Aubrey.

    10. no disrespect to cole this dude Kendrick is a creative monster he’s taking this hip hop shit where it has never been he can murder all of them other niggaz easily.

    11. Unfortunately, that Cole/Kendrick album is outdated now. If they get together they gotta start from scratch. We moving into another era where hip hop is literally impacting people on a personal level teaching them their history and reminding them to love themselves and their life. Anti consumerism. Its too late for Millenials, we are stuck in our ways but these kids coming up are gonna be a different breed.

Proud today to say I was a J.Cole fan the day before The Warm Up and a Kendrick fan back in late 2010. I saw potential but I did not see them as the future best selling artist and impacting a generation. Fuck Grammys.
