Seen some interviews with Madchild and he seems like a good, down to earth dude, just not a fan of his music tho. Seems like he would probably be a pretty solid battle rapper too, judging by this well done little freestyle.
What I personally think is dope about madchild is his high performance word play, he has amazing delivery and he uses double and triple syllable words, in my opinion REAL emcee’s have this talent. Again just my opinion but sick word play is what catches my attention not catchy club hooks
Word! To me lyrical songs are still great, a lot of people don’t like it if its not catchy, but I listen to wordplay and enjoy the workout it gives my brain, good music. That’s why I am still a fan of Eminem and even some of Waynes stuff that people may not like, fuck they have to be able to experiment or they won’t come up with great shit.
