While Justin Bieber is currently turning himself in to the Toronto police on an assault charge, Vevo releases the official video for Bieber’s Chance The Rapper-assisted single, “Confident.”

In the video, the Canadian singer lusts for a “Confident” woman who keeps giving him the cold shoulder. Eventually he pulls out his smooth Bieber moves and pins her against a blue-ish jeep which she casually rolls up in to the underground party. Chance and Justin don’t share a scene together but Chance performs his verse in an Asian-inspired city street set complete with scattered neon signs.

In the middle of the video, Bieber reveals that he doesn’t know what Takis are. Which brings up the question, how much did Takis pay for that product placement!?
