That Kendrick song is garbage, I hope he doesn’t go all weirdo and start thinking it isn’t good enough to just make good rap records and start with all the off key singing and corny bullshit.
Kendrick is good, one of the best new MCs to come up in the last year, but this song is not his strongest. I like the message of love yourself though. Hopefully the next few singles set up the album a little better.

Nope,its not a terrible sample,Kendrick’s execution was just off.Beastie Boys already sampled that shit and killed it.
