Murs battles with creating under pressure, paranoia and career suicide off the title track to his ‘Varsity Blues’ follow-up.

    1. YES. Murs did it, and Aesop continues to step up his production. This collaboration gives me hope. Varsity Blues was one of his best albums, but his last two- Murs for President and Fornever- fell short of my expectations; that being said, I’m still a fan because I know artists need space to experiment.
Who else is hoping for a collaboration with Lif?

    2. JAYFLOW – great marketing, i bet HHDX execs are gonna be blowing your phone up in the next couple hours

      …… 😐

    3. related to a lot what murs had to say on this song. i liked it alot. good to hear some good murs with aes rock on the beat again. 4 stars

      1. “your hair is career suicide” You’re a fuckin moron. He is recognized mainly from his hair to a fairly large audience.

    4. This is a good song, perhaps even great. I would have to listen a few more times. I will definitely listen to the next thing he puts out, and check for Aesop. All I can say is thanks.

      1. @The.Watcher Haha, writing like an illiterate fuckhead is SO hip hop, and calling someone stupid while barely being able to put together a sentence makes complete sense. No thanks though, I wouldn’t want to listen to that shit. Besides, chances are you’ve probably busted to a picture of that fag 4 times this week.

    5. I’ve only listened to Murs over the last year and he’s hella dope, His Murs 3:16 album with 9th Wonder is a classic imo.

    6. Murs as always brings intricate verses to the table and that deserves a 5, i agree the production is sounding better than his last album…and for anyone who hasn’t seen him live, you’re missing out, he puts on one of the best shows, a true artist who shows his love and passion for his creations bringing tons of energy and excitement to the crowd.
